ČP Jablonec nad Nisou - 3. místo

Kolotoč závodů se rozjíždí prvním nominačním závodem v Jablonci. Závody se konají netradičně na stěně, kde je boulderovka a dva postavené profily. V kvaldě čtyři kluci (včetně mě) dávají osm boulderů. Tady bych se zastavil nad otázkou, proč pořadatelé stavěčům a závodníkům nezajistili lepší chyty? Za mě je to velký krok dozadu. Peníze by se na ně za ta léta určitě našly.

V holčičím finále zaslouženě vyhrává Eliška Adamovská se třemi topy. Po skončení nechápu, proč nejdeme ihned do izolace, ale můžeme se dívat, jak nám stavěči postaví skoro celé finále, to je velký otazník.

Ve finále nezačnu dobře, vlastně na první krok přijdu až cestou zpátky do izolace.

Dvojka je kouteček a struktura pod topem mi dává stopku.

Nic nevzdávám a to je dobře, ve trojce přeskok a daleký krok do topu, z první je to tam. Čtyřka má silový nástup a ze zóny vymýšlím daleký přeskok do topu, prvním pokusem z něj padám, ale ve druhém si to už pohlídám. Celkově skvělé třetí místo, jen mě mrzí ta jednička. Gratuluji Rishatovi a bráchovi k vyšším příčkám.

Největší díky patří stavěčům - na to, z čeho měli možnost stavět, se jim kvakifikační a finálová kola velmi povedla, uvidíme co přinese další kolo v Bébéčku.

The series of this year's competitions started with the first nomination competition in Jablonec. A bit untraditionally it took place at the gym where there was a bouldering wall as well as two newly built profiles. During the qualification four guys including me climbed eight boulders. My question is: why the organizers did not provide the builders with better holds? In my view this was a huge step back, and I think there could have been money for it somewhere.

In the girls' final the winner was Eliška Adamovská with three tops - and she really deserved it. However, I don't really understand why we didn't go straight to the isolation after the girls' final and were watching almost all the final boulders being built instead? Another great question mark regarding this competition.

I don't start the final well, actually I figure out the first move of the first boulder on my way back to isolation. The second boulder, a dihedral with a structure under the top is also too hard for me. I don't give up, though, and that's a good choice. The third boulder has a jump and a long top move and I finish it at the first attempt. The fourth boulder has a power start and I make up a long jump from the zone to the top. At the first attempt I fall, but after that I make sure I finish. As a result I'm on the great third place, the only thing I am sorry about is first boulder. Congratulations to Rishat and my brother for better results.
