Maloměřice

Jelikož je po delší době sucho, zavítal jsem do Maloměřic. Cíl je jasný - zopáknout si výlez ve Wille York, ale ten mi po pár nálezech dává stopku. Jedinkrát jsem ho dal na podzim a samostatně je to tak 7C FB klasy. Úvod je pěkný silový přes patu do spoďáku a těžký nálet do hrany, samostatně cca 8A. Celkově si myslím, že je to dobrej ústřel a k 8B nebude mít daleko. Jdu zkusit dvě nové varianty: nejdříve Wille York + Vašek Taška, je to pěkná vytvalostní kombinace a po pár nálezech dávám.



Ještě mě zajímá Vašek Taška opačně, to je hodně zajímavé lezení, hlavně ke konci to těžkne. Přemýšlím, kde boulder ukončit, napadá mě nohand v koutku nad převisem. 



Doufám, že sem zavítám při suchém počasí.


As the weather got drier after quite a long time, I made a trip to Maloměřice again. The goal was crystal clear - to repeat the finish of Wille York, but it stopped me after several attempts. The only time I managed to climb it was in autumn and I guess this part alone could be a 7C according to the FB grading. The beginning is a cool power move to the undercling and a then hard move to the edge, about an 8A. As a whole it's a pretty tough boulder, not far from an 8B . I try two new varieties, first Wille York + Vašek Taška, a nice combination requiring lots of endurance. Few attempts later I'm up.

Also I wonder what climbing Vašek Taška backwards would be like, it's an interesting experience and towards the end it gets really hard, I try to find out where to finish the boulder and I end it with a nohand in the dihedral above the overhang.
